I want to file for divorce and was hoping to do it the easy way. My husband and I have both mutually decided to part ways but he doesn't want to contribute to anything. He wants me to do the real hard work (as usual) and pay for the whole divorce. We have two young children and I have been staying home with them so I don't work yet. He has been the breadwinner of the family. I need someone who will represent me for a low fee, preferably fixed. I don't know how these things work. This is my first and hopefully last divorce. I've looked at the paperwork needed and can't figure out some of the legal terms. I will NOT guess so I need someone to help mostly with the paperwork. Most of our necessary arrangements should be mutual and I don't foresee a major problem with that. more
