My name is Darren. I'm a personal trainer. I train my clients at Define Fitness Studio in Bellevue. I can help you with nutrition and fitness. I help keep my clients accountable and guide them with the right program and intensity for their needs and abilities. It is $200 per month to train twice per week or 240 per month to train 3 times per week. If you prefer a nutritionist, I can refer you to one of the best nutritionists in the state, that I send a lot of my clients to. She also works in Bellevue, and she charges about $40 to 50 per visit.
