This past December (2009) I received a letter in the mail demanding that I repay $5,462 of grant monies that was given to me over the course of 2 years beginning in 2005. Upon receipt of this letter I immediately contacted my provider law firm. [An attorney] reviewed my case and immediately sent a letter to the company, asking what needed to be done for this demand to be reconsidered.
