Karen Becker is exceptionally well qualified to work with elderly clients. In addition to first-rate professional credentials, she brings a positive and affirming attitude to this work. She prepares a fitness program that is tailored to the unique needs of each client. For some elderly clients, at least in the early weeks of their training, progress in building strength and endurance and improving balance may be marked by very small increments; but Karen is unfailingly respectful and patient. In her dual roles of coach and cheerleader, she communicates a -you can do it- spirit that is wonderfully encouraging and motivating.
