| Gary Arnold, Disability Pride Parade | In July of 2005, over 2000 people with disabilities and their supporters paraded down Randolph Street toward Union Park in Chicago to celebrate disability pride and culture. Scores of people commented that the event had grown and improved from the inaugural parade in 2004. While both events were great, and the parade continues to grow each year, 2005 would not have been a success without Betsy. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, persistence and commitment, make Betsy an indispensable event planner.
