Wedding Day-of Coordinator(s) Needed

Getting married Sunday, May 30, 2010: ceremony in Brooklyn and reception in NYC. Would like a duo (or someone with a reliable assistant) either already in the wedding coordinating/planning business or just starting out and looking to expand your portfolio.
I need someone to oversee and direct in each venue, per my specifications. The ceremony venue will be where the bulk of the work will be required; I think it would be easy to do some things the night before but everything can be done the morning of. Aside from decorting the aisle with tulle (might be too costly for florists to do so) and make sure the programs and other items for the wedding are where they need to be, coordinator will be in charge of making sure florists set up right and flowers are as ordered; telling the guests when to walk into the sanctuary, cueing musicians, and securing materials for us after the ceremony, as well as getting some guests to waiting cars ordered.
The reception will be much simpler, as there will be a maitre'd on-hand, just need to make sure the flowers are delivered in proper condition, are as ordered, and certain things are set-up to my specifications (ie: menus on each setting, seating chart and guest book, favors at each place, etc.).
Not looking to break the bank here but need hard working and competent folks to help me on my big day. more
