| Description | I have a very large and beautiful Massage room that I am looking to rent to an Independent contractor with their own clients to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. All you pay is $650 at the beginning of the month. You keep everything you make. Security deposit also applies, price TBD. There is a Washer and Dryer on site for use at no additional charge. You get full use of the facilities including the waiting room/reception area, printer/fax/copy machine, and kitchen area. Keep in mind there isn’t a receptionist so you will have to do that on your own. The massage room is set up with just about everything you need including a bathroom! You don't need to bring anything except for your own lotion/oil/cream. The space is in Lynnwood off 196th ST SW on 66th AVE W. Only serious inquiries please. |
