| Description | We did a load for a company based in WA. Unforetunately when we were delivering the load, our driver's trailer hit the tractor of the company which had given us the load. We gave our insurance information to the company and they filed a claim. The claim was processed without any problem however the load company diducted money from our invoice stating that the insurance company did not pay him the days his tractor was parked as he could not pick/deliver any load in those. However my insurance company told me that the tractor was left at the repair shop days after it was repaired thus it is not their fault. Neither is the fault mine if the load company wants to settle anything, they should settle with my insurance company instead. I should be paid the full amount if the load I was hauling was delivered without any problem. |
