| 1 | I've seen where the self-defrosting drainage tube has become plugged with mildew. On the refrigerator I had seen this occur , from inside the fridge, on the under side of the freezer, toward the back, there was a sloped plastic piece held on with 2 screws. I removed these to explore, and found the mildew blocking the channel that the water resulting from defrosting was suppose to flow through. Normally it then goes down a tube to the tray under the fridge, where it then evaporates . Since it was blocked on mine, it flowed into the fridge, puddled at the bottom, and out the door. | 02.07.2008 |

| 2 | "LeafSolutions" may be correct. Everything he stated seems correct, However, during really hot weather, the evaporation process does not move fast enough to keep up with the condenser coils, especially if the coils are dirty, and the drip pan on the bottom is simply overfilling and spilling over onto the floor. | 03.07.2008 |

| 3 | I agree with the above advice. Hoever it sounds to me like you need a new Defrost Timer. I've seen many of these problems at a 85 unit property that I cared for. | 18.07.2008 |

| 4 | It could also be that the drain tube they talk about is getting frozen you would have to remove all food from the freezer and thaw it out with a heater outside the box pointing into the box (Do not put the heater in the freezer as you could get shocked) then I have found that a piece of coaxial TV cable usually fits down the tube to remove the ice build up the cable is just stiff enough to get the ice out. Do not break any styrofoam you may take out and put it back in the same way it came out if you remove any. | 11.08.2008 |
