| Description | We understand that this might be a hard position to fill with one person so we may need to hire a back up as well. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT A HOURLY WAGE REQUIREMENTS IN EMAIL, NANNY/CHILDCARE/HOUSEKEEPING EXPERIENCE INCLUDED, AND CONTACT INFORMATION. This position is probably perfect for a student looking for extra hours or a SAHM with a toddler to bring. Single mom okay too, but we do prefer applicants child be between the ages of 17 months- 2 1/2. We are looking for a perfect nanny (or two if needed) to grow with our amazing and fun family. We believe in attachment parenting and there is no shortage of hugs and kisses in our house. You must always be happy to be here, fun, adventurous, and always ready with a creative mind! Long term commitment wanted, someone looking for a variety of hours here and there from 6-8 hours a week to 15-20 if needed/wanted. Someone flexible enough to be available every other Friday evening for a standing date night(occasional Sat. or an entire weekend with our girls in our home while we are out of town), dependable enough for scheduled dr. appointments that cannot be rescheduled (sometimes more than once a week, and we will schedule them around your schedule if needed), someone who may be interested in a full time position with us within 6-8 months or at least p/t consistent hours in the next 4-6 months, given we all decide we are the right fit. We are searching for someone not allergic to dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, brooms, vacuums, play dough, poopy diapers/potty training or regular fun activities and craziness that all houses with children have! We are not looking for a house keeper, but someone who can come on occasion just to be a second set of hands for mom to help out with in light house work, organizing, childcare, or projects around the house. We are a very close family of five, two parents and three daughters and a girl kitty. Care would primarily be for 1 CHILD during the days, and 2 CHILDREN during any evening hours (raise in hourly rate). The oldest does not need care unless we are gone for the weekend (adult guidance and supervision needed then, and weekend salary agreed upon prior to commitment). We offer paid Holiday, bonuses for a job well done, paid vacations, and are always appreciative and respectful for all the hard work our nanny does. We are open communicators and believe in being honest about the way we want our home and children cared for from the beginning, whether it be something someone agree with or not we will always be honest and upfront.
