When I or our team creates a magazine... We have standard sizes, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and full page. That's it. Our pricing is NOT based on a per column inch rate like a newspaper because a 1/16 page ad usually takes about the same amount of time that a half page ad does, so, our prices are on a sliding scale where a 1/16th page cost is the most expensive.
