average 10x14 deck with tightknot cedar 5/4 decking and 2x8 pt joist. Basic handrail design ,concrete piers for support. Roof would be open framing with post and beam,plywood sheating and comp roofing with felt,no gutters

We are a licensed, insured company with years of experience. Price would depend on how large and how complicated of a design you want to go with. But avarage decks go between $1000-$3000 + materials which can vary greatly.
