Having An A+ Rating With The Better Business Bureau (BBB)...

We have been in business for over ten years and have never had a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  This is not to say that we haven't had challenges with some customers. We work hard at improving our comunication with our clients.  This policy has earned our firm an A+ Rating with BBB.  One common thread that causes disputes is lack of understanding the client's needs.

By defining the client's needs and understanding their expectations most projects will go smoothly.

Having an A+ rating has helped us gain many new customers.

I strongly disagree with all of You... the BBB and almost all accredited verifying companies do it because the money is good especially if Your brand like the BBB is already internationally known. http://straightalk.biz/designs/node/2410 And so You know only those that PAY into BBB get an A+ I have been in business for 7 years,never PAID the BBB had (1) One complaint that was NOT mines (it was for the Straightalk trak phone) and I had a whooping "F" so how does that work out..
