| Description | Natural Chef and Nutritionist needed for "Sustainable Food" booth at "Green Fair" in Berkeley When: Sunday, September 21st, 2008 10am-7pm Where: First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley 2407 Dana St Berkeley, Ca 94704 What?: "Sustainable Sunday" -As a chef you will help develop recipes, prepare samples for 300 participants, and a nutritional benefits/detriments handout that compares the values of conventional vs. organic products. Plus you will be on hand to serve your food creations and engage participants in discussions and questions concerning sustainable food practices and clean whole food preparations. You will have a great opportunity to speak about your services and expertise to a diverse community. -As a Nutritionist you will recommend and identify products and foods that are exemplary of the quality of conventional and organic food systems. Assist in the development of a nutritional benefits/detriments handout that compares the values of conventional vs. organic products. Provide resources (book, print, organizations, professionals, etc...) that assist and educate participants in the pursuit of Sustainable and healthy food practices. Provide any additional products or services that highlight Sustainable food practices. You will have a great opportunity to speak about your services and expertise to a diverse community.
