| Description | Robert's mission is to help each student meet and exceed his or her academic goals. Robert Mulligan opened Atlas Learning Center after five years of cumulative experience tutoring SAT, English, and history in a variety of settings. His experience includes teaching ESL to students, whose levels range from kindergarten through adult, in Korea and in the U. S.; tutoring students remotely, using internet-based technology, living in Korea and China; and helping students prepare for the SAT, PSAT, and AP exams. He was also a Corporate Trainer for four years at a local telecommunications company. |
